Hello! I came here to find out more about recovering. I've been on this path for a few years now, with a good therapist, and even though (probably, because) I have been through some really rough times, I'm feel really good now and able to deal with things and even flourish. Right now, I'm at a difficult time in my new relationship. It's a good healthy one... at last. However, it's very uncomfortable because I'm so used to abusive, boundaryless ones. My guess is I need to work on my self esteem. That's where I'm at Hoping to get to know you all! Freya
