Hi all, joined the site as i have managed to avoid dealing with my abuse until recently and now i feel like anxiety, PTSD and panic attacks are taking over my life and ruining my relationships. I just hope that this combined with my medication and seeing a counsellor can help me get back to being me. Lostinanxiety x
