Hi everyone. I've been coming to this site off and on for a while, but just finally decided to register and post. I've spent much of the last 5 1/2 years trying to overcome a series of events that included being assaulted by a stranger. Most days now I am doing alright, but other days I struggle with lingering depression and PTSD. I'm in therapy now and, even though it helps some, I feel as though I need to reach out to others who can understand what I've been through on a personal level. I'm pretty sure this is the place to do that.
