hey evryone, not really sure why am here or wot to say, im used to burying everything and trying to do it on my own but i cant cope anymore seriosly struggling with evryday life i feel like after all this time (12years) i should be moving on with my life but its just one thing after another since it happened n i always revert back to harming myself whenever anything happens. totally stuck
