I am new to this site and have been struggling with how the forums work. Had lots of technical problems that I think I have attributed to AOL, yippee. I am really looking forward to having a group of friends that understand what I am going through. I started EMDR therapy this week and it drained me completely. I had no idea how hard healing could be.....it sounded so simple. Burying it for 30 years almost seems easier although I know that this is what I have to do so I can stop repeating my self destructing relationship patterns. Sandy
