    Hello everyone. I am new here. I have spent almost 20 years in the Silence and it's now become too much to carry (despite a 2 year long therapy). I am finally accepting that I am a survivor of sexual abuse, both in my childhood and adult life. I have finally made the decision to break the silence, in the safety of my therapy first, now in this forum, and hopefully to my family and loved ones soon. This is a very big step for me.
