Hello, Firstly, I'd like to thank the administrator/organizers/supporters/members of this place (and others like it) for its existence. I'm very new to this sort of thing. I've reached out/offered support online on the matter of other dark spots in my past, but this is something very new to me and I'm really not sure where to start. My feelings are all in chaos. I've put myself under my own microscope, but I think the lens is broken. I'm a woman, wife, mother and professional in my 30s. I'm a published but obscure author. I have a relative who tells me time and time again that I ought
