I just found this site today...looking to talk with others for support during this time of opening wounds to find myself again. I recently had my second baby girl and have felt the urgency to stand strong on my own. I have decided to disconnect with family to focus on the family I am creating...and stop sharing my pain, creating more pain for them. I am tired of feeling guilt...shame...
