Hello, I'm Marie and I'm new here too! Although I never told anyone I burried my feelings/emotions until recently. My daughter's friend was "date raped" last week. It's amazing how I feel violated all over again! She has chosen to run at the moment, she is ashamed of what happened, afraid that people will judge her...too bad I can't tell her my story because I too still feel the same way. I have been running/hiding now with my own "secret" for way too long. Marie
