I joined yesterday and this will be my first time every joining anything like this. I've been in therapy for the last 2 months and am looking for others who have shared my same experience and can me see the light at the end. I was in therapy 15 years ago when the memories started coming back; however, I don't feel as though I was in a place where I was ready to seek help. My therapist is my lifesaver and I look forward to talking to others. -Sappho1968
