I am not sure how to do this. I don't talk to people much . I am older than lots of people so sometimes I think I should be all fine now but I am not. I hope to meet and make friends with others who share similar stories. Maybe I will one day get the nerve to share mine. For now just saying thanks for letting me be part of this site. shirley
