This is my second time returning to this site. I haven't been back here for a year or so and I honestly don't know how I feel about it. I wonder if anyone on here will remember me.

You are welcome. Welcome to AS

I think there has been a whole day where I did not think about being molested once. Perhaps not though. I know that I do not think about it as often as I did and when I do it is easier to shove the thoughts away and deal with them later or to even deal with them right then.

Welcome to AS. Just take your time and when you are ready we all will support you.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! It feels so great to be back as a survivor and to be proud of myself!

It has been a year since I was last on here and I can finally say, I am happy. I am safe. I have survived! I am no longer here to be helped, I am here to help. After eighteen years of mental and physical abuse, a year of being molested, and a year of recovery, I can finally stand up and say, "I am alive! You have not beaten me!" I can finally say, "If I can survive, so can you." Keep hope and never let go of it dear one. Hope will guide you through this and soon you will be standing in the light at the end of the dark tunnel.

Welcome! this is a wonderful website! I have found so much support here and so much help through the healing journey. I hope you can find it too.

Welcome. I understand how you feel. I also pretend that it's not real but AS has helped me heal so much in a short amount of time. I hope it can do the same for you.

A very warm welcome to you. I am glad that the man who did that to you is in police custody and off the streets. You were very brave to do so and so strong to go through the video, but to get through the aftermath, you must be even braver, and stronger. We are all very welcoming here and we don't judge because we all have gone through the same or similar and we are here to help get through the hard times.

Hello and welcome. This web site is so welcoming so dont worry about saying to much or to little. Just take your time.

I am new as well and to be honest pretty scared. I am just starting my recovery journey and have told no one except my therapist what has happened. I did not remember much until the past couple of months and I really wish I never remembered.

Well welcome. I wish I could forget as well but it is something we must work through. It is scary but in the end, when we reach the light, I have a feeling that everything will be brighter.
