Introducing Myself

G'day.

I'm Cat, and I hail from Sydney, Australia. I'm trying to work out how to move forward from this, because I know I can't go back to who I was before.

My SA counsellor who I saw for the first time yesterday mentioned this site, so, well, here I am. I hope that by sharing and listening, I can understand better what is happening to me, and where to go from here. Looking forward to "meeting" some new friends who can relate to my trauma.
