Who Are The 'guests?'

Hi,

I've been wondering for a while, and can't find a clarifying post. On the Forum Home page tonight it says that there are 60 guests and 24 members on right now. I'm just wondering who the 'guests' are? Do they only have access to the public forums?

I think "guests" are those who visit the forum without being registered or logged in. You can try it out; while logged out, you only have access to some of the subforums.

The guests are people who are not registered and so only have access to the public forums -

anonymous are registered members who do not want their names listed in the 'whose online'

You might see under some peoples names it says 'guest' these are poeple who were full members but have now placed their accounts as inactive - which means they can come back at a later date.
