Originally i stopped visiting this site & posting simply because i became too busy (I was studying for my state's bar examination, which for those of you who don't already know, is a very time consuming & overwhelming task). Anyways, I took the exam at the end of july- won't find out my results to mid-end sept. (*fingers crossed*). After that I stayed w/the guy i am dating for a week visiting him, then flew up north for a week to visit family, now i'm back down in miami on the job hunt. I have had a few episodes throughout the past month or two where the support of this forum could've come in handy, & i'm sure i'll have more in the future unfortunately. But even more than that, i've just missed the kindness, sympathy, understanding, & support that these forums bring. Not sure why it took me so long to come back- i suppose that lingering hope that i can just 'avoid the past' & that 'everything will be okay if i just pretend my struggles don't exist.' Well, i know better than that. I am sorry for disappearing to those of you who remember me. And for those of you who I've yet to meet, i'd like to reintroduce myself & ask for your support. I spent a great deal of time perusing the boards last night, trying to catch up on some of the stuff i've missed. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to everyone who took the time to reply to my post, I'm real happy to be back:) Oh, & i'm probably gonna post a short spiel about this in the simply life forum, but i'm too excited to resist throwing in the good news on this post... I got a job interview for next wednesday!!! Woo Hoo!!! I'm so excited, & the firm is right down here in miami, & they seem really really cool & down to earth, you know, for a law firm that is...
