hi there, i'm rather new and just thought i'd stop to introduce myself.

Well my first name is Karen, but everyone i know adresses me by my middlename Ava so... I've never really admitted to anyone what happened to me as a child, as much as i want to, i just can't bring myself to do it. not out of guilt, i know i was young and wasn't to blame for what was done to me, i mainly just hate to idea of burdening those i care about with it.

i was hoping that maybe by joining AS that it would help me gain some confidence and insight as to what happened to me, and to feel less alone.

i'll also mention that i'm not very good at talking about myself, but i'm gonna try.

Hi sorry for what you went through it is awful to have happened at such a young age. I like you always hide my feelings so can sympathise although will be much more difficult for you doing it for so long but I know how easily stressed out you can get living like that. You certainly aren't alone here.
