Just wondering how difficult it would be to reinstall the old ParaChat format? It seemed to work more effectively without all the bugs and software hangups, and I just liked it better.

It would not be difficult to reinstall, but it would be difficult for us to afford. The Basic and Advance versions of parachat are affordable but don't include a lot of the safety features included in the Professional (and higher) version, which unfortunately is very expensive.

After Silence is solely financed by Lindy and I, the AS store, and the contributions of members. The current chat has been generously donated to After Silence for one year by a member. Her kind donation has helped us immensely because hosting After Silence is very expensive due to the large amount of space and bandwidth needed. This month, for example, we have already exceeded our bandwidth limit and will have to pay additional fees to our host.

If could afford the Professional version of parachat, we would definitely install it. At this time though, we can't.

I am not sure if this is appropriate to ask or not . But could you tell us how much it would cost? Maybe some of the members could help pay for it? Just a thought

I am considering using this one the christian mom's forum I go on uses it and it is pretty cool. It costs $5.00 that is it only five dollars period. It has safety features and everything on there for admins and mods to do like banning etc...

it is cheap but a nice room, I think you can design the colors theirs is pink. As soon as I have an extra 5 dollars and the time I willl probably switch. You may already know about this one. But I thought I would throw it out here for you. here is the link

I agree Teazle AS is such a wonderful place and I know being a memeber here has really changed me as a person and I am very thankful to have this place to come to...... Thank you vera and lindy for all that you do for all of us.
