Hi, I'm brand new here, just want to introduce myself and a little bit about my struggles

This is me, Samantha 

Sex trafficking survivor. It still consumes my whole identity. I truly have no one to talk to about what I've been through and it just seems like it will always engulf my whole entire life. Even with my abuser in jail, I can still feel him inside my head all day and all night; I'm always going to feel like he took something from me that I can never get back. I'll never know peace of mind, I'll never know happiness. I'll always be looking for him hoping he doesn't escape jail and kills me or better yet just sends someone to do it for him. Sorry if that's too much to reveal but I needed to just get it out already

@Samanthaxo Hi, welcome to AS.  So glad you found us friend.  I am sorry for what you have endured.  I can relate to your words.  My main perp is dead almost two years ago.  It didn't take anything away of the harm he did.  I only felt relief and sadness.  He stalked me and controlled my life for so many years.  I also was afraid for my life.  Know that you are not alone.  Keeping you company during this part of your journey

I'm sorry for what you have been through. I find it is easier to talk on forums then out loud. Being here has helped me so much, even from the first time I ever posted. It is still helping me - I have so much support here and I know you will, as well. Here at AS, we are like a big family and our members are kind and non-judgemental.

I can relate I survived this and continue to survive this in the military. Everyday I keep trying hard to stay positive and say it will get better and while I am away from my perpetrator and I was not able to lock him up I am still trying to be hopeful.
