Hi, my name is Sophia. I am 27 and in law school. I experienced DV about 1.5 years ago and have not been able to cope with it. I am looking for community to navigate life after and hoping to de-center what happened from my life. Thank you for having me!

Hey there Sophia! I am Wanna

I am sincerely sorry that somebody put you in this place. It's cruel and unfair, when somebody hurts us, and then we are left to pick up the pieces. 

When processing trauma and finding ways to cope, it can be nice to having a community to lean back on. Survivors tend to relate to each other, in one way or another, and just as we all carry a unique story to us, I believe we all have something to give here. I hope this community will make you feel seen, heard and generally less alone. Healing is a bumpy road, but you're not alone in this. Please know, that we believe you

We have a forum called the Aftermath, that you might find suitable. If you need somewhere to just let some things out of your system, we have a forum for venting as well. 

I'll send you some info to get you started, and do not hesitate to ask me or any staff member questions or for a little chat/vent.
