MeBeMary
Hi er1nn and welcome to the community. I'm sorry what happened to you when you were younger and for the struggles you still face. You have found a supportive community where you can feel free to share as much as you feel like, without judgement or guilt. The members here will be kind and understanding. We do tend to get referrals a long of different ways, but I must admit, this is the first of me hearing chatgpt as being the source of that referral. It's good to know that it was able to relay good information and give you an option that might help you on your path of healing. Interacting with others who "get it" can be helpful in itself. Feel free to look around the site, interact where you feel comfortable and share whatever you feel like sharing. We are here for you. Wishing you the best as you move forward on this healing path. jennymango
Hi! I've only been here for a few weeks but finding it useful. I get the certain things. It makes me feel crazy and isolated sometimes and seems to make no sense. Feel free to message if you like Jenny Link to post

I am Wanna The thing with trauma is, that we actively need to work on it, in order to heal. It's a choice, and I am happy you've decided to find a community. That is one way to deal with your experiences, by finding your own voice. This is a safe place for all survivors, where you can vent, chat and exchange support with fellow survivors. Please know, we believe you. Putting words on my trauma has helped me in many ways, I hope you'll feel likewise. Just let me know if I can be at any help, would it be for assistance with the site or a little chat. I am just one PM away W ☀️ Link to post
