persephone1975
I joined this group about a week ago & thought it was about time I said hello instead of just lurking. I'm looking forward to being part of this community. Link to post

AS was created and is maintained by survivors, for survivors. This is a safe place for you to connect with fellow survivors on your own terms. Here, we basically talk about anything - healing, diagnosis, coping, but also just daily life, what's on our minds and so on. You decide what to share and when, we are here for you, and we believe you If you'd need any assistance with the site, or just need someone to chat with a bit, make sure to contact me or another staff member of choice. We are here for you! All best, W ☀️ Link to post
HiddenHeart
Hello, @persephone1975. Welcome to After Silence. It is absolutely ok to look around and read threads - and when you’re comfortable to post. No one is going to rush you here. Please take all the time you need. Link to post
MeBeMary
Hi persphone. Welcome to AfterSilence. I am so sorry you experienced trauma. You have found a wonderful community tho, with many supportive and understanding members. You are not alone. Lurking is a good way to start...it's how I did, when I first arrive. It does help to give you footing and to feel comfortable with those you interact with. Wishing you the best, as you move forward down the path of healing. Mary Link to post
