Hi! I’m new here

Hey! 
I’ve recently started my sexual trauma healing journey. I finished a trauma treatment program of four years back in April. This did not include the sexual trauma. I have started seeing a sex therapist to help me through this process. We’re only two sessions deep and I do a lot of work on my own. (Reading books, workbooks, research). Things are feeling really heavy and I read that a support group can be really helpful. So that’s why I’m here. Hoping to have a friend on this scary journey.

I am sorry for the traumas you've endured and the struggles you have faced because of it. Nobody had the right to hurt you. You have found a very supportive community with so many understanding and kind members. You are not alone.

Take your time and look around and feel free to interact when you feel ready and comfortable. I wish you the best as you continue to move forward on the path of healing.
