It's more of a workbook with exercises that, than a straightforward book and it might be helpful for many. I remember the exercises being insightful and helpful to me, when I first read it a few years ago. Altho, it does tend to be directed mostly for female survivors, mostly for rape survivors, and mostly for those survivors to work with in conjunction with their therapy, I personally do believe many parts of this book can be helpful for any survivor of any trauma regardless if they are attending therapy or not. I do think you could find this free e-book out there is some places...if you look. But even the site listed on this free version is no longer active, so it may take time to try and find it, if you wanted to. I just thought this would be an easy place for anyone who would like to review or use a copy of the book to do so here. You can read it directly off the desktop, download and print, or perhaps print key sections/exercises that you may think is useful to you, which is what I did. RARFree.pdf I have also screenshot the table of contents below, to give you an idea of topics covered, which is pretty extensive.
