Website not working properly on android phone

Hi, thought I'd post here instead of on Help Desk in case anyone else is having this problem.

On my laptop AS works normally. But on my android phone, I can't seem to move from one page to another. So I can go into page one of, say, Gathering Place, and read anything on the first page, but if I hit "next" page nothing happens. If I do a search on something, I can only read the first page of search results, it won't respond if I try to go to the next page. And it won't respond if I try an advanced search. I first noticed that a few weeks ago but probably hadn't tried for a while before that.

Any ideas? I've tried clearing cookies on my phone but it didn't help.

Hi Reyzl.

I am on an iPhone and have not had issues, but we did have a member contact us a few weeks ago with this issue. Altho I am unsure of why this is happening or why recently, we had suggested that the member change the "theme" setting of the phone. If you look at the very bottom of the AS page, you will see "theme" with a little triangle, which is a dropdown box. It did help the member that had asked us, so I am hoping this is the same thing.

Changing the theme will change the look of the site, but everything will still be there. 

Give it a try and let us know.

Ah! Seems it's working using Duck Duck Go! Just won't work with Google Chrome. How odd. If anyone has any idea why that would be happening suddenly and how I can fix it that'd be amazing!

I was hoping it was the same thing. 

The only other thing that I can think of is maybe using a different browser? My iPhone gives me four options and I am typically choosing Google. I'm not sure if it will make a difference, but it's worth a try....

***Ah...you posted as I was writing.

Google Chrome won't work...but regular Google does? That is strange. I'm glad you have the capability now but understand wanting to use the normal browser you use. Maybe there is something in the way Chrome works or did an update or something along those lines and has nothing to do with you or the site, just the connection between?

Hi Mebemary, no I think the regular Google search and Google Chrome both don't work. But Duck Duck Go works. At least something does, but a pain as I don't use duck duck go much usually!
