blankfairy
It feels more than a little daunting to type this right now. For years I used to speak very openly about my PTSD, but over the past few years circumstances have shut off all of my avenues of discussion. I've reached a point where I need somewhere, anywhere, to communicate with other like-minded individuals. This is no longer a topic I can breach in daily life. I chose this forum for two main reasons. First, because it still seems legitimately active, unlike many others I've searched who seem to be bleeding activity and userbase over time, and second because you have an LGBT-Specific forum, which is a comfort as many of my attempts at finding help have run down frighteningly TERF-adjacent rabbit holes. I fear manipulating survivors may be a recruiting tactic of theirs. Much of my experience ties back into discrimination, so I'm relieved to have stumbled upon this specific site. I guess it's convenient you're meant to be anonymous here, I'm not comfortable saying much about myself. I am Non-Binary. My pronouns are they/them. And I have reached an impasse. I suppose that's all there is to say. Link to post

Finchy
Welcome to AS, @blankfairy! I'm glad you found your way here. You'll find a lot of very friendly and supportive people here. I'm so sorry for what you've been through that brought you here, but you've found the right place. If you would like the password to the Non-binary specific forum, let me know, and I can give it to you. (Or ask any other moderator/admin.) The general LGBTQ+ forum doesn't require a password, but gender-specific ones do. You are safe here. Best wishes to you on your healing journey!! -Finchy, they/them Link to post
