Hi everyone, I found After Silence today, and I'm so glad to be here. I left an 8-year emotionally abusive relationship at the end of February and am working on coping with everything that comes along with that. From the bit of time I've spent looking around, this seems like a great place.

You should be proud of yourself for doing so, I know I am proud of you. Coping and healing can be tough, but you will get through it.
