Is this site only for women? I'm a guy and I know there are other sites like this for guys, but I kinda wanted a female perspective. I was sexually abused by my first step mother between ages 6-8.

Welcome to After Silence.  I'm so sorry for the experiences that brought you here, but I'm happy you found us.  To answer your question, no, this site is definitely not limited to women.  As you look around some of our forums, you'll find there are some specific to different demographics and many are open to everyone.

Take your time looking around and posting whenever you feel comfortable.
