I don’t know what to say or how to jump in here. I am feeling I don’t belong here...or anywhere for that matter. My story seems so small compared to most and yet I am struggling.

Welcome to AS!  I’m sorry for the reasons you are here for.  You belong here dear.  It’s your story does matter big or small.  It’s yours and it matters. You deserve to be heard and please know what happened to you wasn’t your fault. I support you.  You can say as much or as little as you like.  You will get much support here.  Look around and remember you and your story matters and you will and are believed.  Best wishes on your healing journey.

Welcome to AS. I am very sorry for the trauma you endured, but you will find tons of support here. I felt the same, when I first found the site, but then I realized that everyone is entitled to support and healing. This is the thread that binds us and there is validation in that. We validate your experiences as important. It takes great courage to reach out and is a big step on this path we call healing.

You do belong, no matter what it was or how small it may seem it was serious and deserves to be shared if you want to share, your free to talk about it here as much as you like or as little as you like.
