I was raped multiple times by my husband while unconscious. Apparently, he liked to video tape it. Even with video evidence, the police didn't arrest him. Now I'm trapped in a state that I no longer live in fighting for custody of a child conceived of rape.

You will find this a supportive site and others who maybe able to help you with the police or the law. I am from Canada so I don't know much about US law. You are not alone here, we are here to support you.

I welcomed you on the other post, but welcome you again. I am sorry for what you have experienced with your husband and appalled with the legal system that seems to break down way to often for these types of cases. It takes courage to file charges and I am sorry that you received no justice. It is so wrong that you now have to fight for custody. I am glad you have reached out here, as you will receive much support. I wish you well on your healing journey and will keep positive energy directed your way on this custody battle.

oh my, god, such a horrible situation, getting no justice is an extremely difficult thing to deal with, it seems here the people are very friend, I welcome you to the group and hope you find the support you need.
