New Here, Finally Ready To Talk

Hey everyone. I was really reluctant to join this forum for a long time, nervous to finally speak up. I am a multiple assault and abuse survivor and this is the first time I've ever told anyone, I just wanted to pretend like nothing ever happened. I can't change my past, but I don't want it to ruin my future. I just don't really know where to start.

Welcome.I've found AS very helpful. For one thing, it helped me realise I was not the only one who seemed to have been like a serial victim/survivor...it happens, but its not your fault.
