My name is Clover I was recommended this after texting with an SA crisis line. I wasn't in danger or anything just don't know how to navigate this trauma. I have a therapist and got started on some medication but I think outside of those things I just need people who get it. So I'm trying this out. A book I liked that helped me feel understood was Dear Medusa by Olivia Cole. Do you have any media that helps you feel seen?
