      I know how hard that can be. We all need and deserve a group of people that support and care for us. I'm glad you are at least here with others who understand. At least in this little corner of the internet, you are not alone. None of us are. 

      Still hoping you find others that can be with you out in the world. I don't know how to make it easier, but I am sitting with you. Safe hugs. :console:

    @awi I have had a problem with oversharing at times. I have made therapists quit seeing me and some even blamed me for sending them to therapy. It really makes me unsure on talking about things. I have better luck with the therapist I have now, but I tend to write it out instead of talking. I also water it down, and not talk about the worst of it, so she hardly knows anything, and the few things that I had written to her, barely scratch the surface.

    @awi thank you. I am afraid that I will overshare. I do not really have any one to talk to that understands. Also I am afraid to share anything too.

    This is the first time that I have joined a message board. Honestly, I am kind of scared to even be here. It was suggested by my therapist to at least try. I am deaf. I have cochlear implants, but they are not working right. I go this Friday to try and fix them. I do not know what else to say.
