    HardRamen posted a topic in Public: Welcome!

    I wanted to say hello. I have been putting it off for so long, but after a very lovely Thanksgiving yesterday (happy Thanksgiving everyone!) I feel centered enough to finally take this first step. My experiences are long in the past but still affect me every day. I think I have come to terms with them but perhaps seeing how others are dealing with their traumas will give me a better perspective on my own journey of healing. I wish you all peace.
