    Are there online self help groups for survivors of sexual abuse

    and this site was included in the list of suggestions. 

    I searched because I have finally acknowledged my childhood abuse, I recognize that it set the tone for all the decisions I’ve been making, and I threw away a lot of years. It’s like a giant knot ball, I just need to sort it all out so I can understand who I am and how to live now for, like, the other half of my life.
