    I was recommended this forum from a friend. After some discussion with my therapist he said it might be helpful to find groups of other survivors to talk with. I'm nervous and tbh scared, but want to heal. I'm kinda shy and scared when it comes to sharing my life details but love supporting and helping others. Thank you for having me.
