    Hey! I’ve recently started my sexual trauma healing journey. I finished a trauma treatment program of four years back in April. This did not include the sexual trauma. I have started seeing a sex therapist to help me through this process. We’re only two sessions deep and I do a lot of work on my own. (Reading books, workbooks, research). Things are feeling really heavy and I read that a support group can be really helpful. So that’s why I’m here. Hoping to have a friend on this scary journey.
