    Thank you. I appreciate the words of encouragement. I try not to let my past traumas dictate my life but I also fell they helped to form who I am and I am okay with me. Does that make any since?

    I am a 44 year old married mother of 2. I was encouraged to join by my therapist. I feel awkward and slightly alone from my past traumas. Maybe this will help?
