    Hi everyone, It's been a long time since I have been here so I thought I would re introduce myself. I am from Canada Alberta. Happily married to a great husband. I am here for support with trauma. I love to cook and garden. I have a garden plot at our community garden. I have a 11 year old black lab her name is Princess. I am glad to be back.

    Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I am 40 years old from Alberta Canada. I look forward to being apart of these forum. I am a survivor of sexual abuse. I am in therapy for the trauma and other issues. I am glad to have found this place in hope it will help me in my recovery. It's been hard to talk about things in therapy and I hope that being here will help. I also hope I can be a support to others too.
