Hi everyone, my name is Eleni and I'm hoping to just find support on here and be able to support others. It's extremely difficult for me to talk about anything related to my trauma with my T, and I was hoping I would be able to find people who can understand a bit better. I've felt so alone for a very long time, and I'm sick of it. Just a bit nervous about joining this community. I've never done anything like this, and I'm worried people are going to hate me.
