    Hi Poppy. Something very similar happened to my daughter when she was 6. She is 22 now and I am trying to convince her to start seeking help. I thought EMDR might be a great option for her, but I didn’t realize it could potentially be so painful. Do you feel the EMDR is helping you even though it sounds super tough? You are a strong, courageous woman and I will pray that you find healing.
