Hi everyone, Only recently found this space and trying to be brave enough to post. So sorry that we are all here under such circumstances. Still find it very difficult to talk about what happened to me due to the shame and previously not being believed. Hoping that connecting with people will help as things are pretty tough right now. Trying to dip my toe in the water and take tiny steps.

Hi Nikki, I am also new hear but wanted to comment on your post to say you are not alone. I too suffered non-epileptic seizures after CSA. They are frightening and mine were also misdiagnosed as epilepsy initally. Things have improved with therapy and processing the trauma but your body remembers even when our minds don't and trauma can show itself in lots of ways including seizures like this.
