    Thank you all for welcoming me! @Kmkz, therapy has been pretty hard for me because I've been in denial for six years about what actually happened to me. I'm happy to be on here as I find it difficult to talk to about and have noticed how supportive everyone is of each other.

    Hi, I'm new here. I've been on here for a couple of weeks, but I haven't posted anything yet. I just began therapy a couple of weeks ago and thought being on here might help me too.
