    I'd just like to add that I am currently in counselling in one of the country's crisis centres, and also call the Dublin line for crisis phone counselling when I'm in a really bad way. If any of you reading this are hesitating to call and make an appointment to go to counselling, please don't let dear hold you back. I've seen other therapists who weren't trained in sexual abuse counselling and it was a bit of a nightmare. The rape crisis centre is really wonderful and a resource you shouldn't be afraid to use.
