    It's almost 5AM EDT in Manhattan and I'm tired and wired. The assault in question occured on November 3rd 2025. I went to the emergency department the next day for a forensic kit to be collected, met with SVU, did a controlled call with the subject, he continues to harass me despite several attempts at demanding no contact, and i have a 1 hour consultation with a family law attorney on Monday to help me file a Stay Away order in Family Court until the subject becomes apprehended or issued a warrant for arrest through criminal court/NYPD.
