I am so sorry this happened to you. you did NOT deserve this, nobody did. You did nothing wrong; you were just a little girl who had creeps for family members. Please do not blame yourself. I cannot see the face of the abuser. I'm not strong enough. I too hope he is suffering in some way (and sometimes feel bad about that, just sometimes).   take care, berry

So sorry to hear you're struggling. It hurts to feel invisible or that your pain is invisible to others. Though home may present challenges, it often feels comfortably familiar - the people, the place, the routines. It can he hard to enter these familiar spaces but with a new/different role or perspective. I know I find it challenging. You posted initially on Sunday and it is Wednesday, so I'm not sure if you've been there and back yet. Regardless, I hope it goes well. Please take care of yourself. Betty
