Newbie, Hi Everyone~

Hey everyone. I've never joined one of these things before. I never thought my abuse would continue to affect me, nor did I ever really consider it abuse. But it was, and I'm suffering because of it. I'm 25 years old, and a survivor of incest. I recently had a somewhat traumatic experience, and it made me think about what happened to me at length. After a few nightmares and sleepless nights, I've realized that I'm just not okay. So, I'm looking into therapy and trying to figure out how to move on.
