hello everyone, i haven't talked about things which have happened to me for many years. Lately i've noticed that i feel an immense amount of shame regarding things. i'd like to connect to a support group in the hopes of trying to figure out where the shame is coming from and feel not quite so alone. my best to all, and thank you for running such a lovely community. sweetbrave
