I don't know much how to start except to say hello, I'm a 29 year old female and I'm a survivor. I've come to this site seeking support outside my household. My husband is very loving and supportive of my issues, but I can't place the burden of this all on his shoulders anymore. Maybe if I hear some of the words he says from more than just him (obligatory wife support) that part of me will stop beating myself up and listen. Thank you for your time.
