  1. @afterthestorm78 oh gosh wow I feel like I am reading my own thoughts! I’ve buried everything also and now everything is coming back and it won’t stop! It’s too much and I’ve been drinking more. I really have asked is this really better than locking it all up?! But I mean I don’t know. Writing it out has helped. Even though it is so hard to even type his words and then after my husband reading it behind my back I feel truly humiliated to my core! But then relieved that it’s not a huge secret anymore. Nobody has ever known those things about me and now he know it all. It’s so hard to accept!

  10. @Lonelygirl13 I understand you fully... it seems next to Impossible to get the support we need when we need it. And because we know how it feels to be in that spot, we are nice to people and always there for them. But in most cases, people are too damn selfish to grant that same respect. I don’t know why... maybe it is too difficult for them to not be consumed with just themselves. I don’t really know. If you need to vent or anything we are here for you sitting with you if okay? sam
  11. @Small•Pot welcome smalls! I am very sorry for whatever trauma/ pain brought you here. It can also be extremely lonely when we isolate ourselves with that pain. I relate to your post because I used to keep my past completely separate from my husband. I never wanted him to know, never wanted him to look at me differently. I don’t know how to speak to him about it either. Even though he found out things, I still can’t speak to him out loud about those things. It’s very difficult. You are not alone in your struggle with this im sitting with you sam
