Thank you to all for the warm welcome. I am spending considerable amounts of time just reading, feeling, thinking and trying to decide just how much I am ready for. I do have a thread I started in Aftermath called I need them to know! if you want to see whats on my mind.

Hey - I am new here and am pretty nervous ... ok scratch that ... I am scared. I have been having a rough time lately and was searching the web for answers when I came upon this site. Although it has taken a few weeks for me to sign up. My hopes here is to find people that understand, that won't look at me like I am damaged, and that just might be able to help answer some questions I have. I typically sign off with 'Hugs and Prayers to all' I hope that is ok here?
